One wick
To another
The flame transfers

Slowly watching
As it grows
Allowing peace
To flow

Hands open
So too the heart

Wherever you are
With love
Fill up your heart

Know the flame
Always alight
In this moment

Candle warm

What I didn’t tell you
Is that when I light a candle
I always light two
Placing them together
One for me and one for you
That in some way
We might still warm each other
